2. August 4, 6 days till liftoff.......

The countdown continues. Toni has decided, re-decided, decided again and changed her mind on what clothes to take. As it stands, putting a trailer hitch on the car and buying a trailer is still an option but the load size continues to grow.

We are entering the 'final flurry' stage of preparation

• Contacting the folks we will be visiting
• Re-looking at the maps
• Downloading additional iPhone apps that will make sure we get lost
• Changing oil in the car
• Packing the suitcases and tubs
• Loading up
